The store is pleasant and fun to look around in. We recently started feeding birds in our backyard and have only visited the shop twice, and one time to another location in Tucson. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I enjoy looking at all the other items in the store that are not bird food or bird feeders as well.
