I have been shopping there for many years. Among other needs, I was looking to replace a mug I had purchased previously, but had broken. Although the product line was not available at this time, they were able to find the exact mug I wanted in the stock room. I was very pleased, and will be more careful with the new mug. I also replenished my supply of nyger and seed cylinders to keep my local feathered friends happy.

The store is small but stocked with both useful and fun items - and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The one thing that could use improvement is the computer & checkout setup, which seem burdensome to staff and which is fairly slow.

Clean welcoming store. Had what we needed and new things we didn't know we needed. Tried the medium roast bird coffee it's delish

I've been a customer and member of WBU for many years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the selection is great and the products are high quality. On the extremely rare occasions when there has been an issue of any kind with my order, the problem has always been handled quickly and correctly. I've referred many friends and family members to the store.

One item was sent by mistake and one I ordered was missing. I phoned and it was taken care of immediately. My missing item was delived the next day. That's real customer service!

The staff is ALWAYS so helpful; the store is organized and has always been stocked with the items i need.
