Had been having problems with the finches not coming to my feeder. Brad explained the food was probably too old. Got new food he was right the finches are back.

Sales personnel are very friendly and helpful. It's a very personable store. I enjoy going there and know I can get answers to my questions on bird activity.

The store is very clean and well organized. There is a very good variety of items and educational information and the staff is knowledgable and very friendly. The staff has been very cognizant of health concerns and they have provided sanitation supplies to customers, if needed/wanted. This is a great store - it has every bird item we need - and some that we didn't even know we needed!
