Very professional and knowledgeable

The store was lovely, that's the easy part. The staff was outstanding! I was welcomed as I walked in the door, given a few minutes to explore on my own and right before I could ask a question the saleswoman was there to answer my questions. I had quite a few, she was patient and very knowable. Our desert climate is unique, like our birds, I left feeling confident I was doing the right thing for our wildlife.

Your staff is always helpful

We were searching for a new bird-feeding set-up for our backyard. Our old one was discarded just before we moved to Tucson, nearly 2 years ago. The first set-up was purchased in Wisconsin close to 20 years ago. It was purchased from the local Wild Birds Unlimited in Madison, WI. Here, in Tucson, we needed a slightly smaller set-up and done in a way so as to discourage certain birds and encourage others as well as to keep the mess at bay. We spoke with a wonderful woman (employee) at our local Tucson store who was kind enough to guide us in the right direction. We were very happy with her suggestions and we signed up, again, to be members and purchased what we needed to get started. Thank you!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

This locally owned business is great in so many ways.. The knowledgeable and friendly staff, selection of merchandise, and great atmosphere cannot be beat..Tried others but not even close to the Tanque Verde store. Great place !!!
