I was highly satisfied as this was my first time in the store. The gentleman helped me find what I needed and signed me up for the membership to save even more money. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation. I wish I could remember his name.

Great products & staff

The staff are quite friendly and concerned about good service. The staff are also my go-to resource for understanding whatever the heck is going on with my birds -- change in feeding habits, why my hummingbird feeder is empty every morning, recommended products. A high level of customer service overall.

Found everything I needed. Even joined as a member.

The overall experience of ordering online allows me to check availability and place an order and have it ready to pick up is so easy. Often times my husband does the pick up and I have placed the order and paid for it online which really eases the errand for him. This past time, we also ended up buying some additional items in the store during our pick up of the online order as well. I love the membership and mailed coupons discounts, too! The staff is amazing - so friendly and helpful. We are long time customers and plan to stay that way. Thank you for all that you do!

I love the staff there. Been going there for years

Without exception, the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store and how to encourage wild birds to visit my feeders.

I have been dealing with wild birds Unlimited since 1992, and I will continue to do so as I respect the staff and management. Items easy to find Staff very friendly and helpful

I always have a good experience in this store. I think it's the only store I'm actually a paid member at and I feel like it's a really good value. I stopped in to get the free calendar and was happy they still had some available.
