Ordering was easy and everything was delivered by the store the next day.

The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, not high pressure at all, but encouraging and shared her personal experiences with certain products. Was easy to find when I had questions but was not overly intrusive when I just wanted to look and decide. The store was well laid out and appealing.

If I place the order in the morning, it gets shipped that afternoon and I get delivery the next day.

Always friendly staff, great products, just a great store overall. Haven't been able to come in as much lately, since retiring and covid, finances are really tough. Unfortunately the birds are the ones that have to do without.
