They make it so easy to place an order, know exactly what is in stock, pick it up and answer any questions we have regarding our account or rewards. So friendly and such a pleasant shopping experience.

When ever I call, the employee is kind and helpful. If I'm not certain of the exact item, I need, they check my history and discuss that with me. Over the years, I've only had great experiences wat this store.

Great Product & Customer Service.

I've been going to this WBU location for years. Other than occasionally running short on some popular items, this store always provides a great experience. The staff is nice and very helpful, ordering ahead on the website is easy and convenient and my orders are always ready for me in a very reasonable amount of time. What's not to like?

I’m new to Tucson and full of questions about the birds here. I decided to join the membership. The wonderful woman that helped me (I believe the owner) was so helpful and full of knowledge. Kelly greeted me when I came in. I need bird seed. I was considering no mess plus or the winter. Kelly brought a bag of the nesting blend. I was thrilled. I earned a bird bucks. I used my WBU bag and save on paper by getting an email receipt. I did notice a lot of lovely new gift items in the store. Wind chimes, metal works and much more.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
