It was so nice to see both Karen and even Katie! Both of them and Judith are my favorite employees. All 3 make me feel so welcomed, know me by name, are very knowledgeable and have such wonderful, customer-focused experience.

GREAT employees! Everyone at my Wild Bird Store are friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. My questions are answered, I learn new things, and I thoroughly enjoy my time shopping. Of course the products are high quality and I attract lots of birds. I often think I would enjoy a Wild Bird Cafe as part of the store. Crazy idea I know!
