I normally shop online as I live in Sierra Vista. Online orders are filled quickly and accurately. When I do make it up to Tucson I will shop at the store. Personnel are friendly and helpful and supplies are stocked .

I appreciate being able to renew my membership on my next trip in/even if membership had "expired". And appreciate the carryforward of my points. Great policy- as it allow loyal customers like me NO STRESS. I'll renew on my next trip in to purchase! And thank for the gift too (AZ bird ID spiralbook). The new-to-me employee was excellent, just sorry I didn't write down his name to mention here!
