The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This visit I needed help with nee products for a few new species that are visiting and I wasn't sure what to get. He helped me pick a few items that my birds have absolutely loved.

20 lb bags of halved, shelled peanuts are only available from WBU. The seed is high quality (no moths!). The availability of peanut feeders that work well with the halved peanuts is a plus.
