Wild Birds Unlimited

It’s a fun place to shop! Lots of selections for bird lovers. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have a membership and usually go in each time I have a coupon or get something free. Once when buying a ladies beautiful printed shirt, the two women in the store encouraged me to try on two or three and helped me select the one that looked best. It was a very happy experience.

The store has everything I need for my wild birds. It’s easily available and reliable. And, I was able to get a cranberry wreath as a member gift, which always jumpstarts my holiday saeson.

Process is very efficient. The staff is very good and the products are great!

We experience an empty humming bird feeder every morning this time of the year. They (our store) alert us to the arrival of sugar bats.

I realize that it seems odd to rate everything so highly except for the value, but nearly $60 for one bag of seed is nuts (no pun intended) and I really shouldn’t pay it. In the spring, I go through a bag in less than a week. Of course, as a member it is slightly less expensive, but still. Oof. However, the birds love it and for that, I bite. I also HATE the plastic bags. (I was a customer back when they were paper.) So my beef isn’t with this store. It’s with corporate. If another company were to come along with a similar quality product for less, I’d be gone. Lucky for WBU, it hasn’t happened yet, but every now and then I search. Jus’ sayin’…

At first I didn’t see the item I was shopping for, but the clerk pointed it out to me. The price was as I expected and checkout was quick.

Friendly service with a smile. Also we chatted about local birds and I learned about some new species.

The entire experience is very pleasant the staff are friendly and fun.

Have shopped and purchased at this store for 20 years and have always been very happy with the products, service. Our birds are happy creatures! Thanks to all.
