Friendly staff. I am new to watching birds and the staff helps me out and takes time to explain things to me

STAFF ARE ALWAYS RESPECTFUL AND KIND. THEY CARRY THE HEAVY BAG OUT TO THE CAR, AND PUT IN OUR TRUNK FOR US. MY HUSBAND HAS NEAUROPHY SO THIS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. I COULD MANAGE CARRYING IT OUT, BUT IT WOULD BE A STRUGGLE, AND MY HUSBAND WOULD NOT BE HAPPY WITH THAT.
