I have bought bird feeders from Wild Birds Unlimited, some of them purchased over 10 years ago. It's amazing to me that if anything ever breaks on one of the feeders, they replace the part without charge! I recently had the feeding tube separate from the base. I brought the feeder in, and they took off the tube and the base and put brand new parts in. They did it while I waited - - and didn't charge me anything. I'm very loyal to the store, because they're loyal to their customers.

I just love this store. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The space feels inviting and has just enough of a selection that I can make choices and not feel overwhelmed. Great job!

I have shopped at this particular WBU for over twenty years. I trust their knowledge and expertise over any other store much less any WBU store! I drive past one WBU and another bird seed store on the way to this particular location!
