Because there are no negatives about this store. I suppose there are other Bird Suppy options in the area but not with the level of personal attention and outstanding knowlege provided by the staff and management.

I love this store & staff. My husband says the seed is too expensive but it is worth it. We love having coffee in the morning on the deck and watch the birds.
