Staff had a live feed of European Barn Owls with nestlings and eggs. The conversation over that was informative and hopeful. I love visiting this store and chatting with the staff. They DO keep serving customers despite amid the chatting. It feels like a little community of caring bird lovers in there.

Not only are the people very knowledgeable, but they are passionate about their field and so helpful in suggesting items in question. It's one stop I never dread, and my bird family loves what I feed them.
