They were able to fix my Eliminator, they could have easily just let me buy another one. I also told them I was not supposed to lift over 15 lbs, so they sold me two 10 lbs bags of food for the 20 lbs price.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any concerns. Joe has been so helpful with repairing my Yankee Flipper. The seed programs are helpful to the wallet.

Well, I'd need to take an hour or two for a detailed account, yet I'll sum it up..... in short the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, clearly dedicated to the subject of birds and wildlife, customer centric in every way possible, knowledgable about birds, birding, bird habits, pleasant to talk with, and fun to visit with. Excelsior!!!!!!

The staff is fantastic - both friendly and very helpful. The store has everything that I might want to support bird feeding at my house.
