The quality of birdseed is the best in town. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and I love the other gifts that are available. They also stand behind their products. I took a 10 year old bird feeder that I had previously purchased in that had cracked and they replaced the tube for free. They stand behind their products just like they say. Can't beat that.

The store is always well-stocked and staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I felt perfectly safe shopping in store during these Covid times. Really appreciate having the great merchandise and access to the expertise of the staff.

I was greeted by name and had a question which Rod answered without hesitation. I couldn't remember the bird seed I usually get and Nik looked it up. The WHOLE staff is there to make you feel like a valued customer or part of their family and go out of their way to make it easy to shop. TOO easy, I always leave with more than I had come for. This is one of the BEST stores in the KANSAS CITY area. Stay just the way you are. Thank you
