I loved that Nick the delivery person called and left me a VM that he dropped the package off on my doorstep. I felt as if this was a little bit above and beyond for customer service and I like it! Kudos! And I ordered this for my mother in law for Christmas and I feel the seed I ordered is high quality and she’s going to really enjoy this in her backyard. Thanks!

Ordering over the phone was quick and efficient, thankfully, since the website wasn't working. The person on the phone handled everything perfectly, including the discounts. The products were delivered much sooner than I expected and left where they were easily accessible.

It's a small store so easy to browse through everything; bird food is good quality; the store carries unique items and gifts with a wide variety of price points (something for everyone); staff is always friendly and helpful... without exception (unusual these days).

Going into this store is like being with family. Everyone is warm, caring and so very helpful. Even while keeping the social distancing norms in place now, they make everyone feel special. Oh yeah...the bird food and other merchandise is awesome as well. Love going in there!
