Whenever we go we tell the sales person our wants and needs and they show us options . We are never left alone to figure out what is best.

Found the staff to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The store was attractive and following all the COVID protocols. We had a specific need but didn't really know what we needed to accomplish what we wanted to do. The staff immediately led us to exactly the right things. Great store! Great people!

Was in twice last week...both times experienced excellent customer service and merchandise selection. Talked with Theresa about a puzzle and why I was hesitant to buy it and she addressed my concerns.

Beautiful peaceful store.

I appreciate their bird knowledge . I have so enjoyed the birds since Covid. They are a great distraction and I have fun watching and writing down how many different kinds that I see. My binoculars are handy. I really like the quality of the seed that is sold in the store.
