I’m always greeted pleasantly, often by name, when I enter the store. When I have had questions the staff always obliges and is quite knowledgeable and friendly. I’m treated as friend and family, never just like “another sale.”

Theresa very knowledgeable about type of items I needed and helpful in demonstrating how to use the various feeders and seed.

Staff is very knowledgeable & always able to answer our questions. We are treated with respect no matter how stupid or silly our questions. Pole system pieces are always available, and we have 7 pole systems spread out in our yard.
