We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and shown to where our merchandise was. Our questions were answered and our purchases were carried out to our car even though I brought my husband along. Very pleased.

All went well, the woman I worked with listened to all my concerns and suggested different seed combinations. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very satisfied with my purchase.

Great local place. The owners are so very nice and knowledgeable. Just love going into the shop. They have everything you could need. And are very covid- aware.

Nik answered all my questions; gave great suggestions and was never pushy about making a sale. So very friendly and welcoming! I loved how approachable the staff was... passionate about what they're doing and about educating us newbies. :)

I enjoy shopping in this store. The staff has a lot of knowledge about birds and is happy to share what they know. I have always have fast competent service when I visit. I also like the different shopping options e.g. curbside pickup, delivery etc.

Always a wonderful store for all things birds and bird type gifts. Am a member of the frequent buyer club, but prices still seem high.
