I had picked up the wrong cylinder feeder, a suet instead of the nut variety. The exchange was made easily and what is more when I picked dup the nut cylinder, the owner double checked to see that I picked up the correct one. I had mentioned to him that I was wanting at nut cylinder such as Nutty Nuts (or some such name) and got Woodpecker nut cylinder instead. He pointed this out to me to make sure that the one I was picking up the correct one. The transaction was painless and done very efficiently.

Always a good selection of bird food, plus I enjoy shopping around the store. I purchased some cute bird finger puppets for our grands. They loved them!

Delivery was 100% accurate and took only a couple of hours. There is no better service.
