Absolutely one of my favorite places to visit. Staff are so friendly and I always feel like I'm talking to a friend - not someone just trying to sell me something. The advice is the best. The staff get to know me and recommend based upon my favorite types of birds and also help solve problems like with starlings. Another aspect that I always love is the attention to detail. Since I live an hour and half away, the associates have tried to make sure I have everything needed including extra screws or rubber pieces just in case.
