I actually made my purchase out on the sidewalk, with an employee. The store was "to capacity" so all was done outside. Very nice service!

Staff is very knowledgeable and takes extra time to help answer all your questions.

I have been watching the Cornell Labs bird feeder cam and love the setup they have! I did a little research and found out they were using Wild Birds Unlimited feeders and the Leawood store was closest. I was interested in a similar set and 3 staff members pulled up the bird cam and studied the setup and helped select the items I would need. They were so great, knowledgeable and nailed down the setup! Great experience! I’ve already setup the pole system and the birds are coming to it!

Everyone there is so friendly and ready to help you. They carry everything out and put it right into the car for me.
