The process for ordering online and picking up in-store is very simple. I appreciated the email confirmation when my order was ready. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The quality of the bird seed is unmatched, and the price is fair. I love looking around the shop at all of the neat feeders, accessories, and gift ideas.
