I've gotten to know the owners of this story over the past 10+ years and the quality of their products and excellence of their knowledge of birds. Their commitment to educationg customers is wonderful. I wouldn't think of shopping for my birding supplies anywhere else.

I always get greeted immediately upon entering the store. I know where everything is and can quickly grab what I need. The staff is always willing to carry my purchases out to my car, (even though I'm happy to do it!). Very knowledgeable staff when I have questions.

Some of them know me by name when I come in the door. Everyone is helpful and seem happy to be there.
