My husband and I stopped by New Years Eve day, supposedly after they closed. They let us in to shop anyway! My birds really appreciated the visit and purchase, too!

My first experience in this store was several months ago. I have shopped at other Wild Birds Unlimited stores for years. A helpful lady had just started working there. I believe she spells her name Paige. All employees are pleasant and helpful, but Paige is especially great! The manager, I can't remember her name has ordered items for me twice, once when she had to order extra to make her quota for ordering from this company. I greatly appreciated that! I LOVE the newest employee, Downy (a loveable cat). I brought my grandkids in for some cat love, I believe her name is Downy (sometimes the Boss). I wish I could afford more from this great store. I love everything in it!

So, actually none of the options on how I placed my order were quite right! I am in a cast and using a knee scooter, and didn't want to have to go into the store. So I called from the parking spot and explained everything I wanted. The young lady would hold the items up at the window to confirm they were correct. She rang me up over the phone and brought it all out. It was perfection!
