The workers there reminded me of the lifetime guarantee that came with my wonderful bird feeders. I had completely forgotten. I purchased a new bird feeder (same kind), and I will bring my broken ones in for replacement parts. They were so helpful! I'm not used to that level of customer service any more. It was refreshing.

Always find what I need and even what I didn’t know I needed! Staff is very helpful and willing to help with questions. They always help me to the car and thank me for stopping in. I like the bird bucks and emails with specials.
