The staff at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always there to offer suggestions on how to make the bird feeding hobby exciting or to problem solve any issues you may have. No question is a dumb question when asked and the staff is very attentive to the customer’s needs. The feeders and seed are top quality. I have expanded my bird watching knowledge and attracted some beautiful birds to my yard. I enjoy my trips into the store as the customer service provided is top notch. Highly recommend this location!

The staff successfully answer questions staff at other bird stores cannot. I love your merchandise, even though I don't buy a lot of it. Birds appear really happy with the new bird seed I'm buying, particularly goldfinch and indigo bunting. Red winged black birds and cardinals are learning to perch on the feeder posts in order to eat out of the feeders. Raccoons, unfortunately, seem adept also.
