I brought in my lifetime guaranteed bird feeder. A metal piece that surrounds a feeding hole was falling off. The sales person replaced the entire tube, so the feeder was like new!

They have helpfully provided the right stuff for years at the market price. I just wish that they sold in bulk so that we could use our own sacks and not put more plastic in the environment.
