Staff are experts and can answer my specific questions. They are there to help troubleshoot and that is valuable to me. They carried my giant bag of seed out to my car which was amazing.

WBU keeps track of what we buy so we don't have to remember. Their seed is fresh, "our" birds love it, and their resident pest control is adorable.

It's always a treat to visit this store. The staff is awesome and always seem to be so glad I've come in. Feeding the birds is one of life's treats that I give myself. I would be lost without the birds....and nature.

Always a great selection of both bird food and novelty items. I love the unique earrings, puzzles, feeders, and coffee mugs.

It was a great experience the Person who helped me was very personable and knowledgeable. My only complaint was when I arrived home, checked my email and saw that there was 20% off an in store purchase (which was what I did) The No- Mess Feed which is not inexpensive should have been 20% off.

The in-store personnel are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
