I love the staff at this store - it is one of the reasons i come back. They know what we buy and discuss any questions we have and give advice when we ask for it which i like.

They changed how the bird bucks worked. When the program changed from never expiring to good for six months every customer in the club should have been informed. Nothing was ever said to me. That is poor customer service! While I was checking out the sales associate tried to figure out why. When she asked another associate (Paige?) she came across as too bad and didn’t care. I have been a customer at this shop for many years and am so disappointed in how I was treated.

The staff is wonderful. I believe these are the second owners since I started going a few years ago, and BOTH are wonderful.

When I asked permission to use the restroom it was strongly denied. What was troubling to me wasn’t the denial but the absolute rudeness of the individual who kept proclaiming that ADA policies MUST be enforced as the reason for denial of the bathroom. She told me to go to another store in the strip mall. I am a senior citizen with mobility issues and walk slowly with a cane. The rude employee was in charge and had earned a Dr. title. She had an unfortunate attitude. I am not going to physically enter this business in the future.

Spoke to Danielle about a chair previously purchased which I had paid to have assembled at my home. The chair does not glide smoothly. She suggested employees come to my residence to reassemble the chair at cost of $25 I am not satisfied with this as I do not feel that I should be responsible to pay $25 & there is still no guarantee that this will resolve the problem. I have been customer at this store for years.

The staff is unfriendly (except for one woman at the Leawood store). I have recently moved to the area and will not recommend this store to anyone. And I will stop going to this store soon and buy my birdseed online
