I felt rushed. I know there was a line of people waiting outside. It I would of purchased more items however I felt rushed to get out of store.

The customer service person seemed confused or disinterested. Had to repeat myself multiple times.

For the average bird person the price is for your seed and other items are very very expensive

Staff was curt, didn’t know anything about their merchandise or wild birds in general, not helpful or friendly so unlike the prior owners and staff. This was my second visit since new ownership and the experience was identical. Also heard from two friends that they had the same kind of experience this spring there. Staff tries to rush you out of the store. So disappointing. I spend a lot of money at this store, but looking into other options.

Personnel unfriendly and unsmiling. Cat in store-biggest bird enemy. I am allergic to cats. Cat zoomed out door when I came in. Employee irritated.

I bought multiple items at this time. I had $10 of bird bucks that I used. I ended up returning an extender for my feeder pole because it was not going to work out for me. My bird bucks should be treated as cash, not prorated as a discount across all purchased items. When I returned my item I got back the cost of the item less the bird bucks item. If I had not purchased this item my $10 would have been distributed differently across the purchased items. By returning this item, Wild Birds effectively got my bird bucks back. I didn’t. While this is only a couple dollars and not something worth fighting over, Wild Birds can add up returns like this and gain from customer returns while the customer, who has paid to get this discount and earn bird buck, is the loser. Definitely not putting the customer first. A very stupid way to apply bird bucks and not appreciated by me. The clerk I tried to explain this to was beyond understanding what I was trying to stay. All I know is I was ripped off, by a very small amount which can add up on your end.

I ordered the dried mealworm. The whole reason I ordered it was because it was to come with a free feeder. I wrote in the comments of my order I did not see where to select the feeder. When I the meal worm arrived, there was a note telling me that the free feeder was for in store only. I was charged almost $ 8.00 for shipping which made my bill almost $ 30.00. I could have bought several pounds of meal worm from tractor Supply as I do for my chickens for a lot cheaper. I have ordered and bought several items from you. You should have reached out and made sure I still wanted it? Thank you

When I asked which finch food was no mess they didn’t know the answer. My experience the past couple times is there is lack of knowledge compared to previous workers with previous owner. I don’t expect them to know everything but basic things should be there or someone should be there that can help.

I am a frequent customer of the former owners. I have noticed that the new manager is not as around when I have questions. I have talked to Angela who says she is the new assistant manager and she is the greatest!!!!!!!!!
