I would have liked a bit more information about local birds.

You had questions for someone who called in an order. We did not call in our order . We came in and purchased items we wanted to purchase.

The selection is very good. However, prices are on the high side, especially the bird feeders and accessories. It is the best bird food I have found though and always come back.

Just the cost of the product. Great service! Thank you!

You were out of one of my new favorite birding foods (pumpkin seeds). After all, my birds have come to expect nothing but the best from my feeders. Hope you get some more in. I always enjoy my visits to my favorite bird people.

I returned red oily mixture you had highly recommended to keep squirrels away. It was mess yo use as recommended & DID NOT WORK. There was no mention by your staff for even partial compensation.

Not sure of anything other the cost of the goods sold.
