I don't know anyone interested in bird seed

Prices are VERY high compared to other stores.

Mainly because I really don't know your new employees - friendly, but I was always comfortable w/Rod and he had a great deal of knowledge, also liked the owners.

I must have clicked the wrong box because I was satisfied.

In this time of COVID, the sign on your door states face coverings are encouraged; however, in the past several visits to your store, none of the employees are wearing them. This makes me uncomfortable. If you are recommending that your customers wear face coverings, I would hope the people who are assisting those customers would be wearing them, also.

Shopping there for years!!

No dissatisfaction.

sometimes the staff is overly attentive and do not give a customer the opportunity to browse the store.

did no like the confusing and manipulative discount for pay program you have. too confusing and inappropriate in this context. Really, offering a discount, if you pay more during an ambush.
