The experience was fine. One thing I think could change is the membership to be reciprocal at other wild bird unlimited stores. I didn’t realize that when I bought it. We live 1 1/2 away and don’t visit Kansas City real often.

I had a bird feeder that I had purchased there a couple of months back that broke after using it for a couple of weeks. With this particular feeder there was no exchange or return which seemed odd to me so I wasn't happy that I spent good money on something that had no replacement value in the store that sold it.

Prices are too high for bird seed and bird feeders. Plus to charge for a “frequent customer” membership is very unusual these days.

I made a point of asking if there were any coupons out because I hadn't checked email or my USPS mail. I was told no coupons. Not only was there one in my email, there was a great one in my mail. Just a little disappointed because I would have saved $20 and probably bought a lot more.

One of the products I went to the store for was out of stock and has been unavailable for some time according to the employee working. But I love the store. Brought my 5 year old with me and she had a great time with the store pet.

Bird bucks. I do not like that bird bucks aren't sent in an email or that they don't appear automatically at the time of your next purchase. My receipt was lost so therefore my bird bucks were lost.
