The owners and employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always take the time to listen to my concerns about how to keep the bully birds away from the feeders and how to attract the desirable birds. Their solutions always work great!!

What can I say? It is always a pleasure to go into WBU; the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, helpful, but not overpowering. As I've been going there for years, it's like going to a friend's house... except for the money I spend! :-) Thank you to all for making it such a wonderful place!

Bird seed is expensive! To be Highly Satisfied I'd have to walk out with my seed thinking, WOW! I will never buy birds seed anywhere else... ;-)

I feel like there should be more coupons for members, and I don’t like how short the specials are. It makes me angry when I see a coupon and it’s already past because it lasted a few days.
