It's an interesting and education store. The staff is very friendly and remember me as a customer. The product is fresh.

Someone always greets me, offers to help, looks me up in the computer, gives helpful advice, checks me out quickly, and carries my purchase to my car. Happens every time.

This is the only place we shop for our supplies for our wild birds....and have for many, many years. They score the highest on every point because they are GREAT on all of them....we drive a ways to go to them every time because it is worth it. We highly recommend Wild Birds Unlimited to everyone we can (our family & friends in Norman, OK) and this location nearest us in Leawood, KS. Happy to give them the credit they deserve! I arrived at your store last Sunday at about 4:20pm not remembering that the store closed at 4. As I was walking away from the door a nice woman called to me and offered to help me. I needed to renew my membership and needed three bags of seed. She took care of everything and took my credit card info to run the next day. I live in Prairie Village so she saved me a trip back to the store the next day. Excellent above and beyond customer service! Very much appreciated.

Firstly I like their employees (and owners) Rob who I have known the longest has given me expert advice on bird food to try. I appreciate being in the members club (can't remember the name off the top of my head) and getting the 5% discount but even more important I really like Bird Bucks. It allows me to buy other than bird feed with it, though I get great satisfaction using it on the 20# bags of seed.
