My husband and I have been coming to this store for decades, and we have never experienced a problem. The staff is always fabulous, the food is fresh, the merchandise is wonderful - in fact, before completing my purchases I like to stroll around the store simply because it's always fun and interesting to see the merchandise displays. The atmosphere in the store is always pleasant and it makes me feel good.

I’ve always been happy with the feeders and seed. All of the staff is friendly. One employee has remembered my name since we first met.

The staff (Heather) paid total attention to what i needed and thoroughly discussed the products i wanted, she gave great advise and really listened to the needs I had. Even though i didn't buy the product that day, I assured i would be back on the weekend, but wanted to make sure she was working. She was there when i came in with my husband and went through the product with him and helped us specialize our pole feeding station. All the staff were very nice and I felt like we found our new "birding" store. I am delighted to have such quality products along with quality staff!
