When I enter the store I always get greeted by employee. He was very nice and help me decide what typeof bird see I should get because I have squirrels always eating all of my bird seed.

It starts with the staff. They're always quick to assist and even full service in a way beyond what one comes to expect in 2019. Whether a person is looking at a $200 feeder or bath or just needs a seed for a particular kind of bird, the quality and professionalism is the same. Super knowledgeable and willing to share it. This is my favorite store, not just favorite bird supply store, favorite store. Every time I shop at Wild Birds Unlimited my expectations are exceeded; the merchandise, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the bright clean store, everything is perfect.

Everyone I have ever worked with at the store is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made suggestions on how to deal with the squirrel chewing on my feeder. She took care of the necessary repairs to the feeder very efficiently. ...so far, no more squirrel problems with the feeder.

The staff is always so knowledgeable about all of the products. They always know how to solve any backyard bird issues I have. I love how put together the store is and all the seasonal stuff they have.
