The staff is extremely knowledgeable and conversant on bird behavior and what and when they like to eat. Staff members always seem genuinely glad that I am there shopping for bird food or bird feeders. I would not even consider going anywhere else to buy food or other items for our bird friends.

I am there weekly. They are a great store. Always friendly, knowledgeable and know me by name.

Always greeted with smiles. Can ask questions and given good answers. Merchandise readily available and fresh.

I came into the store looking for a gift in the $25 range. I was greeted immediately and asked if I wanted some help. I thanked them and said that I wanted to look around. I chose something, and then she asked if I would like it gift wrapped. Of course, I said yes, and said how much I appreciated it.It was a very pleasant experience, and very nice people. I will definitely be going back.

Rod waited on me. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and always calls me by my first name when I am in the store.

Gene helped me the day I was in for some bird food. We discussed a hummingbird feeder webcam I had recently seen and one of the beautiful hummers that was on the feeder but I'd forgotten the name of the bird. He began looking up in one of the store's books the different hummingbirds in the US and we found that bird. Gene was very helpful and knew where to find the info. That was much appreciated! As always, it is a joy to go into that store.
