Every time I walk in this store, it is clean, well organized, and well staffed. The Staff always approaches to ask if I need help. I love that they can look up what I purchased in the past. Today, I wasn't certain what seed I got last time, and Nik said "I think it was probably this one, but I will look it up for you, to be sure." THAT is great customer service. Your store is more expensive than buying bird food/products at my hardware store, but I always know I get a quality product. AND your team carries it to the car for me. Excellent Customer Service!

Knowledgeable and professional staff with excellent merchandise is the reason I only select Wild Birds as my store. Other businesses sell seed, suit, and feeders but no one has the knowledge and understanding that Wild Birds store has. I have never been disappointed and often have gained knowledge but talking to various staff members.

All the above. I was immediately welcomed to the store. I was asked my needs and advised on seasonal selections. I was checked out quickly with bird bucks applied. And as always had my purchases carried to my car and loaded.
