Friendly staff, knowledgeable, happy to help and WBU has what we need.

The service was a bit slow due it being a Member Appreciation Open House, but even with that everyone was in good spirits, the staff did their best to keep the lines moving AND respond to each customer individually, and the store itself looked beautiful.

This store has so many options, not just "bird food and feeders." Great gift ideas and a friendly, helpful staff that can answer questions and make suggestions.

I enjoy Everything regarding my experience... I enjoy my personal customer relationship with Rod especially. He remembers customers and gives me space to enjoy my visit and allows me to seek him out for help, knowledge and purchases. Everyone else is a wonderful bonus ... I enjoy them too....
