As always the staff was VERY friendly and willing to assist - even carrying seed to the car. The newly remodeled store is clean, open and well lighted. The arrangement of merchandise makes it easy to find what I want.

I buy all of my bird food at this store. I have 6-7 feeders at my house, depending on the season, so I need a wide variety of bird food. The staff here is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Every time I shop there, it's an enjoyable experience.

I was looking for a bird bath heater. The salesperson greeted me when I first walked in and took me straight to the bird bath heaters. She also gave me some pointers on keeping my bluebirds happy.

The staff always can find what I need by looking up my recent purchases. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and inviting, and I always see something else I'd like to purchase in the future.

The staff always goes above & beyond expectations, even staying open late to accommodate my late arrival.

The staff recognizes me as a return customer and know what I usually purchase. They always answer my questions making suggestions on dealing with squirrels or Grackles etc. If I am having problems with a feeder they encourage me to bring it in so that they can evaluate and repair the feeder. I love this store, did my Christmas shopping there. The owner spoke to our garden club and more feeders are in use in our neighborhood. Win, win all the way around!’
