Great selection of bird seed at a reasonable price. It's nice to be greeted when I walk in the store with a hello, good morning, good afternoon and smiles.

Brooke B assisted me and did an exceptional job with customer service. Every time I have ever been in this store every employee has been fantastic. It is a joy to walk in and shop. Always great conversation and genuinely kind people.

Brooke was so kind and helpful. I had my two young grandsons with me and she was quick to point out items that the boys would find interesting. I also brought in our finch feeder to be repaired. This was done quickly and well. (Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the person who assisted me with this).

I love this store and its employees. They are always very friendly and very helpful. I typically come in for the same items each month but always manage to sneak in a few extra items I didn't know I always wanted. The solar hot air balloon is my favorite new purchase. I also like that they donate a portion of their proceeds to a local wildlife rehabber once a month...my birds benefit, WBU benefits and the local wildlife benefits. Its a win-win-win! Thanks WBU!

I talked with Adrian at the store about the bird food I wanted to get. He was very informative and nice. We discussed the different birds that come to our feeders and our favorite ones. He made my trip a fun one.

Staff is always helpful and know about area birds and their needs. Love that they take the bags to the car - especially the heavy ones!

The staff recognizes me as a frequent customer. They acknowledge you when you enter the store even while taking care of other customers, in doing so no one seems to mind if having to wait. Always cheerful, positive vibes in this store! A+ rating!
