The staff member was very knowledgeable about the squirrel baffle I was looking at and let me know when it would be effective and not effective for our feeder pole. I ended up not purchasing the baffle based on the staff member’s recommendation of how far from trees our pole needs to be to make the bafflen work. I appreciated his honesty so I was not frustrated if the squirrel baffle did not work.

Came in with a bird behavior problem. Staff explained the issue and said that the hawk decals would be in stock in 2 weeks.

Walking into this store is like a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere is calm, inviting, and like being out in nature. There are usually new and fun products to explore, plus all the usual wonderful merchandise. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they're part of the overall experience.
