My children and I recently attended your presentation about creating a Wildlife Refuge for Birds at the Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. We learned a lot and from the products that had been shared and displayed were eager to get into the store to check things out more. We for sure knew we wanted the hot pepper bird food and came in to get that to try. Well we left with much more and a club membership. The store staff was helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable. We are Excited to see how the birds like the new options we got for them and we will be back when we have saved more money.

I received an email stating that my WBU can deliver. So I took advantage of that an ordered online, I ordered over a certain $$ amount to get free delivery. Shortly after I placed my order, WBU called and asked if she can deliver my order later after she closes the store. I was so surprised she was personally delivering my order. She delivered exactly the time promised. Awesome and I will be a forever customer (I live closer to another WBU, but I like the Leawood store.
