I walked in with a feeder that needed replacing, someone came up and took it from the sales assistant while I was still talking with him. He didn't have to leave me to go take care of it. When I selected my feeder with the sales assistant another helper brought it out to him so he could walk over and discuss food with me. SUPER efficient. Sales person was very knowledgable, friendly and engaged. Check out was a breeze. Very impressed with my whole visit.

You have the food I need for my birds / you have bird knowledge (not meaning a bird brain :) and the staff works quickly and has it figured out - no waiting. Bird food prices too high - doubt you can do anything about that.

I appreciate the knowledge of every single employee in the store. Everyone is friendly, ready and willing to help. The merchandise is high quality. While not utilized on my last visit, I am very appreciative of the curbside pickup you offered during the coronavirus lockdown. It worked so well and again, the employee I talked to on the phone to place the order, as well as the one who brought it to my car were very friendly. I used delivery at the very beginning of the lockdown and was highly satisfied with that service for the same reasons.
