I received a friendly welcome as I entered the store. The merchandise I wanted was in stock. The employee used my coupon to find me in the computer and totaled my charges, I paid and we both carried items to my vehicle. Always a pleasant experience to shop at this store. Thank you.

OMG, these ladies are awesome! I asked Brooke B. about some really strange hummingbird actions and she immediately went to the computer and looked up hummingbirds. We found the weirdness of the hummers and the question was answered. I always have a great time with Brooke and DeeDee; they are helpful, fun, friendly, and amazingly knowledgeable about the merchandise, food, birds, and just conversive about nature in general. It's always a fun and informative visit. I've been coming to this particular store for over 10 years and, regardless of who owns the store, it's a great time! Thank you!

Pleasant staff very helpful

Although we only go to the store approximately 2-4 times per year, the staff is very helpful if we have questions. Today, Brooke B helped us with the options for putting a feeder in a backyard tree since we already have the "post/hook" system in the front of the house! Greatly appreciate her help and expertise!
