Attentive customer service

I especially appreciated the attention to COVID-19 cautions exhibited by the store staff. I needed to problem solve appropriate feeder and feeder configuration to discourage the sudden appearance in my yard of pigeons. Did not think I could do over the phone, needed to see solutions. Staff member was very helpful. Service prompt and courteous.

The staff all have been friendly, efficient and helpful. The Daily Savings Club is a great deal and the products are of high quality. I live in Brookside so there are stores closer to me but the customer service at the locations I have visited is inferior to that of WBU. So, it is worth the drive and I love the curbside pick up. Thanks.

they are very helpful in answering any questions you may have about birds , feeders and food. Always kind and courteous. As soon as you walk in to store there is someone to help you. Also if you have a question you can call them.

The staff always greet you when you arrive in the store. They are ready to assist you in finding what you need. Merchandise is of excellent quality. I always enjoy my visits to WBU!

The Store is very interesting with how it is organized and has things of interest along with the bird seed food available and always the BEST CUSTOMER SERICE! best
